FRANS SCHLOOZ SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE (CBSE)
The School Management Committee (SMC) meeting was held on May 16, 2024, presided over by our new Rector and Correspondent, Rev. Fr. Thomas Louis, and addressed by our Director, Rev. Fr. Augustin. The meeting concluded with remarks from our Principal, Miss Sharny Clamenshiya.
Rev. Fr. Thomas Louis emphasized the importance of updating the curriculum to meet modern educational standards. A committee was formed to review and recommend changes in the curriculum to incorporate more interactive and practical learning approaches.
Plans to improve the school’s infrastructure were discussed, with a focus on enhancing facilities and creating a more conducive learning environment.
Rev. Fr. Augustin highlighted the need for continuous professional development for teachers. He proposed a series of workshops and training sessions to be conducted throughout the year to ensure teachers are equipped with the latest teaching methodologies.
Regular parent-teacher meetings and feedback sessions will be organized to ensure parents are actively involved in their children’s education.
Measures to enhance campus security and health services were discussed, including regular health check-ups and emergency preparedness drills.
The financial plan for the next academic year was reviewed. Budget allocations for various projects, including infrastructure upgrades and educational programs, were discussed and approved.
