Orientation Program for Teachers

The orientation program for the teachers was held on June 6, 2024, led by Rev. Fr. Thomas Louis, the Correspondent of FSSE.

Motivational Thoughts

Rev. Fr. Thomas Louis shared motivational thoughts, including the ‘CUP’ Mantra, which stands for ‘To concentrate, To understand, To practice.’ He emphasized that teachers need to focus on the abilities of the students and motivate them to practice three key principles: to have the fear of God, to develop good education, and to discipline oneself.

Three Golden Rules

Fr. Thomas Louis also insisted on following three golden rules: Think well of all, Speak well of all, Do good to all.
